Hi Pete >I presume that on MS Windows you are using xdvipdfmx, too, as in Linux, to convert xelatex's XDV output file to PDF. In this case you'd have to pass to the packages "dvipdfm" as driver model. The "xetex" driver could be a Mac OS X special, reserved for our convertor xdv2pdf ... That helped! Thanks a lot! :)) TS
