[XeTeX] Version 0.99b released

I've released a new XeTeX package, now at version 0.99b.

This package includes a modified xetex.def driver file for the color  
and graphics packages, to avoid the incompatibility found with 0.99a.  
In addition, it fixes a (fairly obscure) situation where \font might  
have loaded the wrong font style when "modifiers" such as /B, /I, / 
S, /AAT or /ICU were used on the font name.

As always, the software is available at http://scripts.sil.org (disk  
image with Installer package) or via i-Installer.
