[XeTeX] fontspec package problem

Hello,

When trying to compile the following code:

\documentclass[a4paper]{book}
\usepackage{fontspec}
\usepackage{xunicode}
\usepackage{xltxtra}
\usepackage{xgreek}
\begin{document}
\fontspec[Script=Greek,ItalicFont={[GFSBodoniIt]},
BoldFont={[GFSBodoniBold]},                  
BoldItalicFont={[GFSBodoniBoldIt]}]{[GFSBodoni]}
\setromanfont[Script=Greek]{[GFSBodoni]}
\tableofcontents
\chapter{Greek text}
More Greek text
\chapter{even more greek text}
some more greek text
\end{document}

I am getting the following message:

! No declaration for shape EU1/(1)/m/it.
sub at sfcnt ...e forspace shapespace mandatory at arg }
                                                 
error at fontshape else #1{Fo...
l.12 \chapter
             {Greek text}
?

If I press enter the system finishes typesetting the
document, but output is not correct. This is *not* 
related to XeTeX, but to fontspec. Now, either I
am doing something wrong or fontspec has a bug. Any
ideas on how to find a solution to this problem?
