I had the same problem (search for 'HeoflerTextOrnaments' in the
XeTeX list archive, http://tug.org/pipermail/xetex/). Basically, you
want to make sure that you have the latest and greatest version of
XeTeX: there have been a few 'under-the-hood' improved versions
released, all with the same number, 0.995. Just use the i-Installer
to update XeTeX.

Again, are you using the latest version of XeTeX? I also seem to
remember seeing this issue mentioned on the XeTeX list -- go to
http://tug.org/pipermail/xetex/ and try search there.
