[XeTeX] xelatex: eu1enc.def not found

Does this mean the fontspec package in OS X XeTeX 0.995 (rev. C)  
won't work, or does this only affect Ubuntu XeTeX O.995? I've  
installed the OS X version, but not yet started to use it.
