That is how TeX handles a line which is overfull which cannot be  
broken w/ the current H&J settings.

You need to either re-write the text, introduce a manual hyphenation,  
change the textwidth, or alter the paragraph parameters to allow it  
to break.

In LaTeX one would wrap it in:

\begin{sloppypar}
Long, hard to break text here....
\end{sloppypar}

Or you can use \sloppy, restoring the settings with \fussy.
