[XeTeX] XeTeX 0.97 released

I've released version 0.97 on the XeTeX web site and via i-Installer.

This update should fix the missing-blank-pages bug in 0.96 (Markus,  
your scrbook layouts should be OK again), as well as a couple of  
other issues.

As far as I know, this build should still run on 10.2, but I have not  
had an opportunity to try it.

Let me know if I've messed something up.... it's always a possibility!
