[XeTeX] Right to Left problem in XeTeX 0.91

Aaaarrrgggghhh! Yes, there seems to be a problem with R-L text and AAT 
fonts. Offhand, I don't know quite what has broken, but I'll look into 
it. I hope to have a fix available soon, as that's a particularly 
embarrassing failure!
