[XeTeX] making a format file of ConTeXt using XeTeX

Dear Charles and Adam,

I am glad to hear that your setting is also working.
Since cont-en.fmt is the only format in the xetex/ folder, it may be 
good not to create the context folder in xetex.
I didn't test yet, but it may be OK to move  xelatex.fmt and xetex.fmt 
to the xetex folder.

I posted a sample file yesterday. If you need another one, please let 
me know.
