I haven't, but just a heads-up: to do something like this, you'll need 
an appropriate .tfm and font map entries in psfonts.map; you won't be 
able to do it by simply loading the Lucida Math fonts directly as 
OpenType fonts in XeTeX, because this doesn't provide the precise 
metrics TeX needs for math.

The ability to directly use AAT/OpenType fonts in XeTeX is designed for 
text use, not math setting.
