Didn't know this one. That was similar to SoundMaster then (a control 
panel adding sound to every Finder action, inserting floppies, opening 
windows, etc.) and the Grouch (an extension or stand-alone application 
playing animation of a Muppet Show character every time the Trash was 
used -- later cancelled because of copyright infringment claims).

It's nice to see one of the add-ons from those days -- Eyeballs -- used 
in the simulation.
