[XeTeX] \includegraphics

This method works in XeLaTeX. However when it won't compile if I try to
include any [options] like width or height. I can resort to using
\XeTeXPdfFile, but then I would have to run my Quartz generated PDF
through gs, which creates an extra step.

P.S. I hope things are well with XeTeX. The mailing list has been very
quiet this month. Also no one has responded to my small cap question.
