[UKTUG-Committee-Motions] Organise a dissolution SEGM (AR 2020-02-23 22:14)

MOTION: That within 90 days of the adoption of this motion, the
committee organise a special electronic general meeting (SEGM) and make
the following motions:

  1. That in the event of UK-TUG’s dissolution, any remaining funds
after liabilities have been discharged should be distributed to the TeX
Users Group (TUG) and the Deutschsprachige Anwendervereinigung TeX e.V.
(DANTE), in equal amounts, to further support TeX activities.

  2. That UK-TUG should be dissolved on 31 October 2020 or on the day a
motion relating to the distribution of its assets is adopted, whichever
comes later.
