[UKTUG-Committee-Motions] JF(9/10/2006:09:15) Regulations for absent voting at General Meetings

So what would happen if a person cast a vote, and then an amednment
was put? Would there be a vote on the original motion (which would
include the postal votes), and then a separate vote on the amendment?
Do ammendment only get put at the AGM? Or before?
