[UK-TUG] Website archived

Hello,

As part of winding-up UK-TUG, we have arranged that the content of the 
website has been archived. It is being hosted by TUG at 
http://uk-tug-archive.tug.org/ - at present there are a few CSS issues 
but the core content remains.

We are finalising other aspects of the winding up and expect these to 
progress soon.
