[UK-TUG] Chair's statement

Thank you everyone:

to David Saunders, for his clear motion, Joseph Wright for his work on 
fairly collecting and tallying the vote, and you the members for 
participating in the SGM.

Joseph has announced the vote. UKTUG has resolved to dissolve.

Members have instructed that UKTUG surplus funds  are to go in equal 
parts to TUG and Dante.

The committee is now implementing Dissolution according to Constitution 
part 5.

The SGM is still in session.   A number of members wish to use 
UKTUG-announce for a little longer. SGM rules continue to apply.

I'll make a further statement in an hour or two with more detail on what 
happens next, including a new approach for UKTUG-announce. I'll then be 
able to close the SGM.
