Dear Member,

To support your decisions at the SGM, the Treasurer has prepared an 
account summary, attached. Note that should the SGM not vote to 
dissolve, an AGM will fall due at which the accounts will formally be 
discussed. A such, there is no motion to the SGM directly concerning the 
accounts.
