[UK-TUG] Outcome of Motions

Dear Member,

I will be circulating full draft minutes for the AGM in due course. 
However, as several motions related to the future of UK-TUG, the 
following summarises the decision made on each one

1. FOR
2. AGAINST

5. FOR
6. AGAINST
7. FOR

In particular, Motion 6 was not carried, and thus UK-TUG will *not* be 
dissolved at this time.
