[UK-TUG] EduTeX list and UK training funding

Dear Member,

As detailed in http://tug.org/pipermail/edutex/2016/000048.html,
following the TUG2016 meeting the 'EduTeX' mailing list has been
'reactivated' to increase discussion focussed on how to promote TeX to
new users, by providing modern accessible training.

The UK-TUG committee welcomes this revival and encourages UK-TUG members
to join the mailing list and engage in these efforts.

In parallel, the UK-TUG committee is keen to support work on TeX
training in the UK. To this end, the committee invites applications to
support travel and similar costs in developing training materials.
Applications should be made to uktug-committee at uk.tug.org with details
of the activity to be supported and funding required.
