Dear Member,

With membership renewals for 2010 close to completion, I am preparing 
the Membership Directory for the year. The Directory is intended to 
allow members to contact each other, and will include names and e-mail 
addresses. I will be sending a second e-mail to everyone who is on my 
list for inclusion, to check that this is correct.
