Voting Form -- Reply To needs editing

please note that the "Reply To" field in the voting form email 
contains two addresses, viz

Reply-To: UK-TUG Committee <uktug-committee at uk.tug.org>,
         uktug-announce at tug.org

one of which broadcasts your choices.  I presume that the first one 
is the correct one to use.
