I would be extremely thankful, if subscribers care to avoid top posting and
resort to contextual posting while quoting mails and replying.  Appending
thousands of lines of previous post and adding two lines at the top becomes
highly incomprehensible. Also, if you look at the archives (see the one
cited below), it is literally difficult to distinguish between quoted post
and original post.

This spoils the very purpose of list archives and its usefulness for needy
persons who might use the archives to find an answer before querying the
list.

Unlike personal communication, lists are community oriented and stands for
the assistance to subscribers. So, please help the list by best practices
to promote better communication among subscribers.
