[Tugindia] Hindi Typesetting; high quality graphics design; news-paper/news-letter production

I am looking for demo/training in Delhi for using LaTeX to typeset Hindi
texts, easily. A detailed step by step description about how to set-up
needed software and write a "hello world" kind of document can also work,
but I have not been able to find this thus far.

I am also looking to typeset a research brief with some color graphs,
photos, logo and visual design elements. Can this be easily done in LaTeX,
and template made to make similar briefs in the future with ease? Can these
be easily converted to a format for adding this content to a web-page? Can
it be done to professional quality with printing information that a
professional printer can use (color and other document information that they
may need for printing coffee-table book quality). Can LaTeX be used to type
set a news-paper/news-letter (fast processing, standardized templates,
flexible spacing and placements, automatic typesetting and linking to
continued content in inside pages)? I would be willing to pay a reasonable
amount for this service if someone can help with this. I have used LaTeX
before, but for relatively simple visual graphics in documents, and know the
basics of LaTeX.

I will be thankful for your consideration of my queries.

Anupam.
