[Tugindia] How to typeset table in landscape mode

Dear all,

Forwarded is a mail from Ashok Khanda, since his mail bounced as he
appended the whole digest of posts to his mail and mail body exceeded
the admissible limits. Also there was no subject line for his new
thread. Somebody may kindly help him.

Dear Sir,

I am using latex in windows environment. I have some problem . I am
not able to setup the following table in a A4 size paper or help how
print this in landscape mode.
Please help me.
