[Tugindia] Looking for advice

I have a typesetting business. We are using LaTex from 1995. Before answering your last question I would like to know whether you have a plan to make the camera-ready-copy of a manuscript.

Hi All,
I am an out of work software project manager. I have many years of experience in programming. 
1.  I would like to know whether LaTeX is viable home based work  opportunity.
2. How long will it usually take to develop the LaTeX  skills to marketable level ?
3. Like to generate about Rs 20,000/ per month with 4 hours work per day. Is this a reasonable expectation ?
