You seem to have been very much confused about MikTeX and LaTeX
(please do not write Latex which only denotes the substance derived
from rubber tree). You may kindly note that MikTeX is a distribution
of TeX and associated software ported for Windows while LaTeX is a
macro package which is integral part of any standard TeX distribution
including MikTeX.

There are excellent tutorials and documentation available at CTAN on
fonts, and TeX and font installation in general. You might take a look
at the excellent tutorial of Philipp Lehman's 'The Font Installation
Guide' (fontinstallationguide.pdf); Alan Jeffrey, Rowland McDonnell,
Lars Hellstrom: documentation for fontinst package. You may also take
a look at Alan Hoenig: 'TeX Unbound: LaTeX and TeX Strategies for
Fonts' which is an excellent treatise on fonts in TeX.

And finally, please make an earnest effort to understand the problem
before posting the question to the list. Of course, the subscribers
will take every effort to help you, but answers to the kind of
questions you have asked tend to be huge that they defy posting to the
list. It is like asking for 'how to setup a mail server?'. The right
way shall be to try to read the relevant documentation from the
internet, try to setup a mail server and if you encounter a problem in
that process, please post it to a relevant list so that you will get
the needed assistance immediately. Helping people to help you is also
important.

Hope this helps.

Best regards
