I'll also tell you how I got this information.

1.  Went to

         http://tug.ctan.org/find.html

2. In that page there is an option to search package descriptions. Typed
    the word "maketitle"

3. Among the packages listed, the package "titling"  seemed promising, so
    clicked on it
