This one is very difficult to answer, because you are not telling us
how the *TeX packages have been affected by your upgrade. 

It is likely that some dependency problem resulted in *TeX
uninstallation - we do not know, because we cannot second guess what
happened when you upgraded your system.

A look into the fedoraproject site shows a fairly comprehensive list
of rpms available for *TeX, and texlive-*.  I suggest you open the
package manager GUI (whatever it is called - probably packagekit) and
look into the latex section.

IF you you are comfortable with the command line, try something like
"rpm -q *tex*" (WARNING - please check the syntax) or some similar
command for better results.
