I have done my requirements like "Outline" & "Shade" design using "PSTRICKS"
packages. Please find the below methodology to achieve that:

  \usepackage{pst-all}

  \pscharpath[%
      shadow=true,%
      shadowsize=2pt,%
      shadowangle=-40,%
      shadowcolor=gray,%
      fillstyle=solid,%
      fillcolor=black,%

      linewidth=0pt]{SHADED TEXT}%

  \pscharpath[%
      shadow=false,%
      fillstyle=solid,%
      fillcolor=white,%
      linestyle=solid,%
      linecolor=black,%
