[Tugindia] Table and graphics numbering problems

Hi all,
I have created a report and I want the figures to be labeled figure 1.1,
1.2, 2.1 etc according to the chapters. But it keeps showing as figure 1,
figure 2 etc. I'd really appreciate it if you could help me. I've pasted
some codes that I think might be important:
