  I am a resident Bangalore,India
   
  I badly want knuth's Digital Typography. However, I have enquired at many book stores here and cannot find one that has this book.
   
  I have tried Amazon and the shipping charges are too high there (about $35).
   
  Please tell me how and where can I get this book at an affordable price.
