Yes! It worked now after removal of additional package \usepackage{tocloft}
which was used  to obtained same effect.

I wonder why some command related to leaders doesn't work as
\renewcommand{\cftsecleader}{\cftnodots}  which inform: replace leader by no
dots, for package tocloft.
