[Tugindia] resizing tables

Hi there
Is there any easy way to resize a tabular column? I mean reduce, the
font size of all the contents in one go? Right now, I am doing stuff
like:

\begin{tabular}{lll}
\small{one} & \small{two} & \small{three}\\
\small{A} & \small{B} & \small{three}\\
\end{tabular}

I'm getting a decent output, but maybe there is an easier way?
