[Tugindia] pharsi TeX

Hello,

Any idea how pharasi TeX works? One of the student form our dept. needs to 
write in pharasi TeX. There are 4 letters more than Arabic script.

I guess it will work similarly as our Devanagari. So there must be some 
package to include.

Any help will be useful.
