[Tugindia] integrating itrans53 with miktex2.4

Hi!
You need to have a system variable containing the path to 
\itrans\lib and the ifm files should go there. This is mentioned somewhere
in the documentation for itrans. I do not know the exact title of the 
document. Check shell.env or some such file. It is for unix, but
you get an idea as to what is necessary.
