[Tugindia] psaxes

Hi,

I want to plot some data using pstricks. I used the following:

\psaxes[Ox=200,Oy=0,Dx=100,Dy=1,dx=2,dy=1](10.5,11.5)

But upon compilation, TeX says that \psaxes is an undefined control 
sequence. What is wrong? (The pstricks package is of course loaded!)
