[Tugindia] Formatting toc,lof,lot

Hi,

The caption for toc,lof,lot is always left aligned. I
need the caption, ie just the phrase "Table of
Contents", "List of Figures", "List of Tables" to
center aligned.

This is a requirement of my univ guidelines. hope
someone can help me out.
