Hi Diraj,

Rather then including ur image in the sty file, include it in the tex file
itself. Use

\usepackage{graphics,graphicx}
\includegraphics[scale=1]{logo.eps}

or

\usepackage{epsf}
\epsfbox{logo.eps}

Hope this will solve ur problem. Happy texing...
