[Tugindia] Font problem

Hi,

I have a problem with installing fonts for MikTeX 2.4 on a Windows 98 
system:

While installing "Utopia" with texfont (v2.2), afm2tfm (v8.1) gives errors 
and the installation stops. A Windows style dialogue box opens saying 
"Afm2tfm: This program has performed illegal operation and will be shut 
down."

afm2tfm works fine with individual .afm files. What can be done?
