[Tugindia] Style File for Colourful PDF

Dear friend,
                  Thank you for your quick reply. I use the Tex Live 5d 
(July 2000) CD and it does not contain the style file 'latex-color' . I 
also searched CTAN site but the search produced no result. Please inform me 
from where can I collect the style file. Thanking you
