[Tugindia] Making badges for the conference

Hi,
     Is there any style file for making badges for the conference.
In simple terms,

1.) The total width of the badge.
2.) Partioned into two halves.
3.) First half - Host institute name and 
                  the logo of the host institute (flushed right - figure)
4.) Second half - Participant name and 
                   below the institute which he/she belongs.

Optional:
Background color of the first half and second half can be independently decided.
