[Tugindia] Equation Alignments

Dear All,
I want to format few equations like this.

      A(k)=B(k) + C(k)          (eqn_no)
                          [k=0,1,...N-1]

I wrote the equation with 'equation' env. 
but for attaching  the  tag k=0,1, ...N-1, 
I tried to use 'flushright' etc. but then
seperation between two lines are big.

When tried with 'align' etc. first line is
very much shifted towards left margin.

Is there a better way of handling such equa-
tions, with a tag attached immediately after
the equation ?

Please suggest.
