Hello,

I have a preliminary version of a pre-installed and customised
         ^^^^^^^^^^^
version of Knoppix with a lot of software related with TeX (tetex,
pdfscreen, prosper, latex2html, hevea, tex4ht, texpower, auctex, lyx,
vim-latexsuite, texmacs) and Mathematics (gpari, maxima, gap, magnus,
kali, gmp-ecm, gnuplot, yacas).

(BEWARE! The CD is a 500MB download! And >= 32MB RAM and > 486 is
preferred. Space (100MB+) on the Hard disk to create a swapfile is
also helpful so people with XP installed may want to avoid this.)

Since Raju and others mentioned the need for help in installing this
software and Ajay Shay mentioned Knoppix I am mentioning it here.

This is a Knoppix "Live" CD but works better after you install it to disk.

What is missing is more detailed documentation and improved
customisation...

... coming in version 1!
