[Tugindia] placing figures in correct places in report class

No!
I just have single line segment in one of my figure. But still it goes 
to end of the chapter. My other figures are also not big.
Still I tried [width=\linestyle] option with \includegraphics
but still figures are at the end.
Is  there any other way?
