[Tugindia] Array environment

Hi,
     On compiling the following

\[
\begin{array}{ccc}
1 & \cellopts{\rowspan{2}} \int dx & 1 \\
2 &                       2 \\
3 & 3                   & 3 \\
\end{array}
\]

I get the following error

! Undefined control sequence.
l.148 1 & \cellopts
                   {\rowspan{2}} \int dx & 1 \\

Could someone please let me know what is going wrong here.

Actually I want a matrix like this

              A     B
     a   |   1     3  |
     b   |   1     3  |
     c   |   1     3  |

Not that each row and column has name. Can I produce the above using the 
array environment??
