[Tugindia] natbib

Dear all,

I am facing problem in using natbib package for referencing.
I get my citation currect in the text but the in reference list it puts
first authors first name first, while I want that the first authors sir
name should be first.

For example: I am getting

Jensen and Meckling (1976)

but in the bibliography it shows

Michael C. Jensen and William H. Meckling (1976) while I want
Jensen Michael C. and William H. Meckling (1976).

I am using these options:

\usepackage[sort]{natbib}
\bibpunct[;]{(}{)}{,}{a}{}{:~}

Is there any way to fix this?
