Wow! What an statement!
Something that appears obvious to someone isn't
necessarily obvious!
I think nobody chooses to go to the list unless other
resources are exhausted.
I would just ignore, if I think something's too
obvious, like thousands other messages (including this
one of course), than to suggest her/him what s/he
should have done before asking.
