[Tugindia] Suggestion on new paper format

Dear Sir,
Could we include new  paper format (like letter, a4). 
I include by the following command.
dvips -t <newpaper> <filename.ps>. 
I open ps file by  ascii format, I have seen the commands included. 
But I could not open by gsview because of it could not understand the paper
name.
I think that we have to include this on user dict or kindly suggests your
ideas.
