[Tugindia] New versions of devnag

Hi all,
  I just discovered today when i went to dante.de that a new version of
the devnag package has been released. the ftp tree has also been
modified. visit ftp://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/languages/devanagari .
Both Omega and Velthuis trees have been updated.
 There is the new devnag package in Velthusi tree. It has a better
manual with a new directive @modernhindi, and seems like support for
bold and italic (with new metafont files for them). They also claim to
have fixed some bugs  and problemds with catcodes. i am going to test it
ASAP.
