Hi Amitabh

You can find Word2TeX in web, the site is  http://www.word2tex.com/. You can
find the trial version of this, if you are an unregistered version, some of
the utilities would not work for you.

This software is fine to convert you Word file to Latex2e. After you
installed this software, you can "Save As" your file into Latex from
Word2000.
